ok so my question is does every member of a guild have to buy/create their own cape? or does the leader buy/create a cape and everyone of the members get it? what if the leader and the members create different designs on their capes? are capes tradeable? lol sorri noob questions but i just needed to know...

Capes are given out to everyone once the leader pays 2000 gold for the design.
Capes are not removable/tradable.
Only leaders may create them and each design costs 2000 gold even if you already have a cape.
